True to our origins, we are made entirely and imported from South Korea (With Cherry blossoms, Tteokbokki, and all)

Are your products cruelty-free?

We are proud to say that iWhite Korea is a cruelty-free brand. We do not test or harm any animals in the process of creating our skincare goodies!

Are your products safe for pregnant and lactating women?

Don’t worry! Our products are FDA-approved, proven safe, and effective for pregnant and lactating women.

However, to ensure that it is 100% safe for you, we suggest that you consult with your doctor first. 🙂

What’s the safest earliest age to use the products?

You can start your skincare routine at around the age of 13 or 14 years old. iWhite Korea products are made from natural & soothing ingredients

But if you want to make sure that your skin is free from any reaction, we suggest that you do a skin test prior to full usage of our products by applying a small portion to your neck area. If a reaction occurs, please discontinue use and ask your dermatologist for skincare advice.

• The Acne+ Skincare Line: helps troubled and acne-prone skin by soothing & calming the skin.
• The Power Brightening Skincare Line: brightens the skin and lightens dark spots and acne marks with powerful ingredients such as Niacinamide and Vitamin C.

How long is the shelf life of iWhite Korea products?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sorry about that! We want to make your skincare routine a self-loving routine and that we are sad that your experience was less than stellar. We will be sending this issue over to our Quality Control team but we’ll be needing some of these details, so we can properly assess this. Kindly send us the following information:

1. Date of purchase
2. Store you got this from
3. Manufacturing and expiry dates of both the tube and the sachet
4. Batch number of the sachet and the tube (The batch number of the tube can be seen on the top part in front of the tube and at the back of the sachet for sachets)

My skin broke out/ My skin became reddish after using your products.

There are several factors that may cause an untoward reaction, such as the one you’ve experienced.

One, you might have had used other skincare products along with ours. Using skincare products that contain strong ingredients or a different formulation can react incompatibly with iWhite Korea products, hence causing skin reactions.

Second, you might be using too much skin care products, making your skin dry and more sensitive and thus giving you acne and irritation.

Lastly, some sensitive skin types may react to some of the ingredients in our products, which is a possible allergic reaction. If you want to make sure that your skin is free from any reaction, we suggest that you do a skin test prior to full usage of our products by applying a small portion to your neck area.
